After being invited to bowl first, the Indian bowling lineup destroyed the Bangladeshi batting unit with their exceptional bowling display, restricting them to a paltry 80 runs. For India, seamer Renuka Singh was the pick of the bowlers with 3/10 in her spell of four overs. Left-arm spinner Radha Yadav also bagged three wickets for 14 runs. For Bangaldesh, skipper Nigar Sultana played a lengthy inning and scored 32 off 51 balls.
