The five-time champions Chennai Super Kings have the most 200+ scores in their name in the IIPL, 31 times. They have won 23 games while going past the double-century mark. Their highest score in the cash-rich league is 246 which came against Rajasthan Royals in 2010 at Cheapuk.
The team which is yet to lift the silverware, Royal Challengers Bengaluru has surpassed the 200+ mark on 28 occasions in their 17 years of IPL journey. The Red Army has won 17 games upon crossing 200. Their highest total has been 263 against Pune Warriors India in 2013 which was possible due to Chris Gayle’s attacking knock of 175* in 66 balls.
The first franchise to win five IPL titles, Mumbai Indians comes third on the elite list of most 200+ scores in the IPL. The Blue and Gold brigade registered 19 victories while making 200+ scores in 25 appearances. They have probably the highest win percentage when they touch 200+ in the marquee event.
