KeymasterYuvraj Singh’s ODI Stats Against Australia
Former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh is one of the greatest white ball cricketers to ever grace the game. His ability to absorb the pressure and hit the big fast and spin bowlers in the middle and death overs made him an indispensable part of the Indian cricket team in his prime. The charismatic Southpaw loved to play against Australia in the format and scored 981 runs in 37 innings with the help of four 50s and two 100s. His highest score of 139 off 122 deliveries in ODIs came against Australia in the 2004 VB series in Sydney.
He was a different beast in the ICC events against Australia in the knockouts. In the Champions Trophy 2000, he became the Man of the Match in the quarter final in Nairobi for his fluent 84 off 80 balls, propelling India to win the game by 20 runs. He replicated his heroics again in the quarter final of the World Cup 2011 in Mohali, playing a match winning 57* off 65 balls in a 261 run-chase.
