Virat Kohli’s Highest Score In IPL
One of the best players of all time, Virat Kohli‘s highest score in the IPL came during the 19th match IPL 2024 against Rajasthan Royals in Sawai Manisingh Stadium in Jaipur. The batting ace scored an unbeaten 113 off just 72 balls with the help of 12 boundaries and four maximums to take his team’s score to 183/3 after their allotted 20 overs. The hosts chased down the score easily in 19.1 overs as opener Jos Buttler hit a smooth 100* off 58 balls to help RR seal the game by six wickets. Eventually, it turned out that Kohli had to score a few more boundaries to make a difference in the game.
Since his IPL debut in 2008, Kohli has established himself as one of the best batters in the event. He is currently the highest run-getter with more than 7500 runs and 8 centuries under his belt. Despite scoring 974 runs in 2016, the highest by any batter in a single IPL season, RCB failed to win the final against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
