Most Centuries By An Indian Wicket-Keeper In Tests

Former Indian captain MS Dhoni tops the chart for the most centuries by an Indian wicket-keeper in tests. Featuring 90 tests, the hard-hitter accumulated 4876 runs at a decent average of 38.09, including six centuries and 33 half-centuries. Dhoni may not have many hundreds to his name but he often rescued India from tough positions.

The regular wicket-keeper of India at the moment, Rishabh Pant equaled MS Dhoni’s record for most test hundred by an Indian wicket-keeper in tests with his sixth ton against Bangaldesh in Chennai in 2024. Pant took only 58 innings to reach the milestone.

The pride of Bengal, Wriddhiman Saha appeared in 40 tests for India and slammed three tons. The acrobatic wicketkeeper notched up 1353 runs with the highest score of 117 against Australia in Ranchi.
