Shreyas Iyer, The skipper of Kolkata Knight Riders Shreyas Iyer was in sensational touch throughout the IPL 2024. The technical right-hand batsman scored 351 runs in 15 matches at an impressive strike rate of 146.86. He scored only two fifties in the event with 58* off 24 balls against SRH in the qualifier one being his highest score. The Mumbai batter often contributed with quick 20s and 30s whenever his team needed him to do so. He became the 2nd captain to lift the trophy for KKR in 2024 after Gautam Gambhir‘s heroics in 2012 and 2014.

Shreays not only batted well but deployed accurate tactics in every game from bowling change to fielding allocation each trait was commendable. He smashed 34 fours and 14 sixes combining all his outings for the Men in Purple.
