Zaheer Khan was the spearhead of the Indian bowling attack across formats from 2003 to 2012. He retired from international cricket in 2015. The left-arm seamer started his IPL career with Royal Challengers Bangalore. The franchise paid him INR 18000000 for the services. He scalped 13 wickets in 11 matches in the maiden season of IPL. In 2009, he was transferred to Mumbai Indians and played for the Gold and Blue till 2010.
