Scotland seamer Charlie Cassell registered the best bowling figure on ODI debut during the ICC World Cup League 2 match against Oman in Dundee in 2024. He picked up 7 for 21 in his impressive spell of 5.4 overs to help the hosts pack Oman for 91 runs. He Surpassed Proteas fast bowler Kagiso Rabada to earn the badge.
