Harshit Rana who has emerged as an impactful performer for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the last two years earned a salary of INR 20 lacs in the IPL 2024. Rana was drafted into the KKR squad in 2022 as a replacement for the injured Rashik Salam at his base price of INR 20 lacs. Hence the Delhi fast bowler has made a good sum of INR 60 lacs in total so far from the lucrative league.

Harshit was instrumental in KKR’s successful campaign in 2024. Having featured in 13 games, the 22-year-old picked up 19 wickets at a stunning strike rate of 13.32. He returned with the best bowling figure of 3/20 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in their first game of the season where he defended 13 runs in the last over by sending in form Henrich Klassen to the dugout who almost finished the match with a superb slower ball.
