Jasprit Jasbir Bumrah is a fast-medium bowler who hails from Ahmedabad city of Gujarat. Bumrah’s highest score in tests is an unbeaten 34 off 64 balls in the 2nd innings of the 2021 Lord’s Test against England. The tailender batted for 96 minutes on a tough swingy wicket and smashed four boundaries. He also stitched a 89-run partnership with Shami who scored a quick 56 off 70 balls, helping India to post 272 runs for the hosts. With the ball too, Bumrah bagged 3 wickets and Siraj claimed 4 scalps to fold England for 120 runs and win the game by 151 runs.

A year later Bumtah scored 35 runs in the over of Stuart Broad in Edgebaston in 2022, which is the most by any batsman in an over of a test match. He smashed him for 4 fours and 2 sixes in the over.
