      Women’s Asia Cup 2024 Schedule, Timing, And Venues

      The Women’s Asia Cup 2024 will be the ninth edition of the Asia Cup and Sri Lanka will host the tournament for the record 3rd time. Eight teams- India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Malaysia, Thailand, and the UAE will participate in the event. There will be 15 games, including the final and semi-finals, with the opening game slated between the UAE and Nepal on the 19th of July. The much anticipated India vs Pakistan blockbuster match is scheduled on the same day at 7 PM in Dambulla. The runner-up of the last edition, Sri Lanka will begin their campaign against Bangladesh on the 20th of July at the same venue.  Further, the grand final is all set to be played on the 28th of July at 7 PM. The entire tournament will be hosted in one city of Lanka, Dambulla.

      Team India will enter the mega event as the defending champions and aim to continue their dominance by winning their 8th title whereas Sri Lanka and Pakistan will look to clinch their maiden title. Bangladesh won their 1st trophy six years back in 2018 and will wish to relive the moment this time. The teams are divided into two groups, Group A has India, Pakistan, Nepal, and the UAE while Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Thailand are in Group B.
