The Pride of Portugal, Christiano Ronaldo has scored the most goals in the UEFA Euro Cup history. Featuring in a record six editions, the versatile striker has netted 14 goals in 30 matches. Ronaldo led Portugal to win the Euro 2016 in France, however, he got injured during the first half of the final and had to be taken out of the park.
Regarded as one of the finest midfielders in football history, Michael Platini accumulated nine goals in only five appearances in his Euro career of one edition which he played in 1984. France eventually ended up winning the Euro that year by beating Spain by 2-0, including a goal from Platini.
